I paid for a room I did not stay in and they refused to refund me for. Extremely unsatisfied

- Was there anything you didn't like?It was the worst place. I didn't stay and I tried to cancel my reservation with booking.com. There was 2 large bags of trash at the front door of the room when I arrived. I went in and there were holes in the walls, the furniture was broken and the shower curtain was stained and soiled. I watched as the manager refused to answer the phone when booking.c called and then she refused to give me her name. She also said she would not answer emails because she didn't have access. I was charged 92.00 for a room I didn't stay in. I was told by booking.vom that they would call me in 30 minutes and help me find Accomodations if they didn't get a response from the hotel. I didn't hear anything until the next morning by email that I was getting an 11.00 credit and they did not get a response from the hotel. The city was sold out. I feel like I was robbed. Bad experiences
