Ok but you can do better

• What did you like most?
  The hotel is in a nice location. The fitness center had an actual weight machine which is rare in a hotel. The breakfast was decent for kids. Waffle machine, bread, fruit, oatmeal etc. Pretty standard but the kids survived :)
• Was there anything you didn't like?
  We arrived when the power was out, not their fault but they could not find our reservation and we waited about 20 min to check in. Turns out our name was on the back side of the paper. Power remained out for 2 hours. We were not offered a flash light or anything to assist. We arrived to a room with mold on the shower ceiling, brown stains on the couch and pull put sheets and a chunk of pizza on the floor from a previous guest. We changed the sheets ourselves. I asked for trash to be emptied and towels refreshed on day 2 and this was never done.

Disappointment, but a necessity

• What did you like most?
  The breakfast was good. We enjoyed the firepit outside. Had free choc chip cookies in the lobby.
• Was there anything you didn't like?
  We stayed 3 nights & were never told that "room service" was not included. (You had to stay 4 nights before you got service.) Cleanliness was not a priority at all. The trash was not picked up for a couple days (by the firepit & in the breakfast seating area, which was also never swept. Good luck finding an employee at the front desk. We were in town for our grandson's MSU graduation. We paid an exorbitant price ($278/ni), which was definitely taking advantage of graduation attendees. We checked the "normal" price later, & it was $109/ni, which would be closer to the actual value.
