Angering experiernce. Will tell people...
- What did you like most?Location and no bed bugs......yet.bed sheets were xlean amd pillows soft.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Maintenance amd cleanliness. 2nd worst hotel i have ever stayed in. Wet towel on shower curtin rod upon checkin amd the smell in one room was disgusting. Cleaning staff insisted they cleaned room. Clearly they sweep maybe amd change sheets. Even after an room switch an elec outlet had no cover. Safety hazards in multuple places due to wear or vandals. Carpets never shampooed and ac unit was filthy also. Bedframe have old food and debris in channels. I saw a drug deal and drug paxking session happen in the cute courtyard in front of my room. Staff yelling accross courtyard while working. They even tried to show me a occupied rooms twice. Casion smells like smoke babd also but cleaner than rioms. Drain also clogged with hair. Bedspreads not available only sheets. Floors dirty. Very angering. Outlets didnt work lights broken
