Very unprofessional staff!!
- What did you like most?Good price
- Was there anything you didn't like?Unprofessional staff. Three staff talking about late checks in the previous evening in the lobby of the hotel. Employee stated he was upset because three people arrived after 11:00 and he wanted to go to bed. I added a comment when booked the room that our flight didn’t arrive until 11:30 pm so we wouldn’t be checking in until midnight. No where on site states lobby closed at 11:00 pm, in fact the hotel website states 24 hour front desk. Staff also discussed other employees not showing up for work and being burnt out.

- What did you like most?We loved the outside door to the parking area. The room was clean and the beds comfortable.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The pillows were a little to big for sleeping comfortable. Necks were on an incline up when laying down, made a kink in our necks with the high angles. You have three pillows on each queen bed. Maybe have one for back sleepers, one for side sleepers, and a stomach sleeper pillows. Just a thought!
