Very poor
- Was there anything you didn't like?Floors were not clean you can visually see how dirty they were. Hair and used ear plugs were on the floor. We asked to have the room cleaned and no one ever came. Next day we asked to have the room clean again so we can have clean towels and floors and it was not done. We asked the front desk why and she told us the staff made a note that we only wanted fresh towels. If you stay here bring cleaning supplies.
