• What did you like most?
  The overall experience was good, except for breakfast and a first night cold pool.
• Was there anything you didn't like?
  The breakfast center was excellent. The staffing of the breakfast center was poor. Both Saturday and Sunday morning. There was a problem with the amount of food. On Saturday there was no sausage and very little scrambled eggs. I went to the front desk. I found a young lady there with a blue glove on her left hand. I asked if somebody could come down and take care of the lack of food. She said she would be right down. She came right down and went to work in the kitchen with the same blue glove on. She never did resupply the eggs. The sausage was way too well done. On Sunday, the experience was even worse. There was no eggs or Canadian bacon. There was no coffee. There was no coffee cups. There was no milk for the cereal. The machine that disperses the liquid to make waffles would not work. Again, I went to the front desk to find another young lady with a blue glove on her left hand. It seems like the person that checks people in and out also was in charge of the kitchen. This is not a very good experience when people on the weekend Saturdays and Sundays are coming and going. They need a full-time kitchen worker to keep the area up and clean. This is my phone on an 8.2 experience. The pool was cool on Saturday and warmer on Sunday. This was not a big deal. This all has to do with staffing. There were some stains in our room on the carpet and probably could be cleaned up also.
