  Upon arriving after midnight, the lady at the front desk gave me a run around, even though I paid ahead of time for my room from Feb. 20-23. She charged my card two more times for a deposit, even though I paid the deposit ahead of time and had my card on file. At this point, I spent $417.50, even AFTER paying the original room rate and deposit. I went to my room when I found the main door handle was broke, the fire alarm was dangling from the ceiling, the room smelled like smoke, a bunch of men were outside my window drinking, hooting and hollering (at this point it's 1:30-2 am) and I was told quiet time was at 9 pm, so clearly, they don't care about quiet time and let everyone do as they please. THEN there was a kid, probably 19 years old, sitting in the lobby when I first arrived and when I had to run back out to my car for my phone charger, that same kid was outside smoking weed. I went back to my room and after looking around, TERRIFIED for my safety, the curtains had ripped holes, the windows weren't even locked and you could open them with no screen and even jump out if you wanted too. Then I happened to look beside the bed and there was a ROTTEN apple that obviously has been there for a long time... next to the apple was a broken off fake nail. Here we are at 2:30am and you hear nothing but fighting and arguing outside from a man and woman. I cancelled my room for the next couple days as soon as i walked downstairs and left that morning around 8am. They wouldn't give me a refund nor waive the cancelation fee.
