Didn’t happen at all
- What did you like most?The woman at the front desk had an attitude! She got nasty when I told her I need her to write what she’s saying because I’m deaf and cannot lip read her. Finally she wrote that there was no room accepting pets. I did not stay overnight at all. I’m not sure why you sent me this survey. I told the woman since no room with pets then she needs to remove my reservation and cancel the charges. She said she’d do that.
