This room was bug free but definitely not up to par. Will not be returning.
- What did you like most?I liked how close it was to Sesquicentennial State Park and the staff was friendly and they didn’t have bugs in the room. That’s literally the only reason we stayed.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The property seems to have permanent tenants some with cats apparently because you could smell cat urine walking by certain rooms. Evidence of drug paraphernalia (needle caps) in the parking lot as well as cat litter box under the stair cases. The room was not very clean at all. I cleaned the air conditioner vent because it was caked in dust and got on my hands and needs with a rag and hand mopped the floor because it was so dirty I didn’t want to walk without shoes on. Huge smoke holes in the comforter (we did stay in a smoking room however, these comforters need to be replaced!! stained sheets and bed protection cover. The bathtub was very unappealing My husband and I literally didn’t shower for two days because we didn’t want to use the shower. We chose to wait until we got back home. Mold under one of the beds, painters tape around the door to the joining room. Loud arguing in the middle of the night with slamming doors and kicking on doors nearby our room.
- What did you like most?Far better hotel stay than I expected. Rooms were up to date with the most comfortable bed I slept in at a hotel in a very long time (Bed looked like it was made professionally). Bathroom very clean and had modern faucets, etc. will absolutely stay again!
