VERY ENJOYABLE STAY & VERY ACCOMMODATING EXCEPT ATTEMPT TO CHECK IN A LITTLE EARLIER THAN 3

- Was there anything you didn't like?Would have liked an earlier check-in. Was told check-in time was 3. I was on the road 40 years and know rooms become clean as staff works--not all at once. I offered my number for a text when available but to know avail so ended up in line after 3. I also know accommodations were made for others before three so that was disappointing. If told you only accommodate honors members with requests that would have been at least a bit more palatable since I had many early check-ins on the road regardless of POLICY in my years of traveling. Just an FYI!
