Enjoyable stay with a couple...
- What did you like most?The location is great with many of the rooms having wonderful views of the LDS temple and the greenway along the Snake River with its miles of paved trails. Also close proximity to good restaurants and other attractions. The hotel appears to have been recently remodeled and is very attractive, clean, well decorated, and upscale feeling. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was above average. The room was relatively large and quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. Our room also had a very nice balcony overlooking the greenway and temple.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The photos and information about the hotel indicated that there was a large Jacuzzi pool which was one of the main reasons we chose the hotel. When we arrived, we were told it was not functioning and had not been for some time. We also learned there were not plans to repair it until a new pool could be built in a new location. We asked if we could cancel our reservation which they were willing to do until they learned we had booked through Booking.com. The pictures and information should obviously be updated. I was also disappointed the next day at 10:00 AM when I had only five minutes of hot water before the shower went completely cold.
