Overall, a good stay but...
- What did you like most?Convenient location, walking distance to the Sphere. Nearby Walgreens which was the cleanest and largest I have ever seen. Two Starbucks within the Palazzo. Great restaurants. Pool scene excellent. Suite was large and comfortable. Easy to get a cab. Easy access to Grand Canal shops.
- Was there anything you didn't like?We were disappointed with our so called Sphere view. You could not see the Sphere unless you went up to the window and looked right. It would have been nice if there was description that was more transparent about that. We paid a lot of money for the that view and did not get it. Also we weren't happy with housekeeping. I had to request towel mats via text. Used glassware from the room wasn't taken away and replaced and neither was eaten food that was brought up from the pool area. Ordering food and drink at the pool area was confusing. Some small tables had the QR codes and others did not. We waited a long time to get the food. There isn't enough pool staff. The kitchen was overwhelmed. Check in was confusing as well. We had to wait for our room which was fine because we were arrived early but when I got the text that the room was ready, I could not figure out the room number from the text link/email. I had to ask the concierge who graciously looked it up.
